Zenoti
Zenoti partnered with Mozaiq’s remote creative talent to drive a complete brand transformation, establish an internal creative team, and deliver impactful work across campaigns, paid media, and events. Explore a few highlights below.
Refreshing the brand for a new era of growth
The Mozaiq-sourced remote design team led the rebrand end-to-end, shaping strategy, visual identity, photography direction, and homepage design. The work combined research, workshops, and execution to ensure the new brand could scale across teams and channels.
Evolving the logotype
The logotype was refined to feel more modern and technology-forward, with improved clarity at smaller sizes and sharpened the letterforms to create a cleaner, more precise look. Removing unnecessary stylistic elements helped simplify the mark and give it a more confident, contemporary presence.
The heatmap
To bring the narrative to life, we developed a heatmap-inspired visual system as a core brand element. Through animation and gradient movement, it highlights areas of focus and opportunity, creating a flexible graphic language that works across web, product storytelling, and marketing touchpoints.
Photography
We developed a photographic direction that brought the human side of the brand to the forefront, focusing on confident business owners whose success reflects the impact of the platform. While photography typically requires on-site collaboration, the Mozaiq-sourced remote team led the creative direction, shoot planning, and visual guidelines from abroad, working closely with a local photography partner across the ocean.
Visualizing a complex product
Zenoti's platform offers a rich set of capabilities that can be difficult to communicate quickly. Working closely with the product owner, we identified the most important features and translated them into a visual system that makes complex functionality easier to understand.

Iconography
A set of marketing icons was developed to help visualize key ideas across brand communications. Simple line illustrations ensure clarity, while the heatmap gradient adds a distinctive visual accent tied to the broader identity.
GTM branding assets
We developed a suite of go-to-market assets to launch the new brand across key marketing channels. Combining the refreshed visual language with clear messaging, these materials helped establish a consistent and recognizable presence.

Creating a scalable content platform
To support Zenoti's growing content and thought-leadership efforts, we designed and built a dedicated media platform. The site provides a scalable editorial environment where the marketing team can publish industry insights, showcase expertise, and attract organic audience growth.
A branded editorial experience
The media platform extends the new brand identity into an editorial environment.

Building the in-house creative function
Beyond design execution, we built the infrastructure for an in-house creative studio that enabled the organization to produce and scale creative work effectively. This included establishing the systems, workflows, and team structures that supported consistent creative output and enabled collaboration across departments and external partners.
Basic creative workflow
We implemented a structured creative workflow across Asana, Dropbox, Slack, and Figma, creating a clear pipeline from project intake to asset delivery while improving efficiency and consistency.
Product knowledgebase
To support an in-house creative team working on a complex SaaS platform, we established a shared product knowledgebase. This provided the context needed for creatives to translate product capabilities into clear communication and more strategically aligned work.
Scalable creative system
To support scalable creative production, we developed a modular system of templates aligned with the broader messaging strategy. This framework maps messaging to different stages of the buyer journey — from brand awareness to latent interest, growth exploration, and active demand. By structuring creative around these four directions, the team could rapidly produce consistent ad variations while ensuring each asset delivered the right message for where prospects were in their journey.
Team building and cross-functional collaboration
Alongside building the creative systems, we also developed the team and operational structure needed to support them. This included planning creative resources, recruiting and mentoring designers, and coordinating work across marketing, product, web, and external partners. The creative function became a reliable partner for cross-department initiatives and large campaigns.
Optimizing paid media through a performance-driven creative strategy
To improve the performance of paid campaigns, we introduced a more structured, data-informed approach to ad creative. With a more systematic feedback loop between creative production and performance insights, the team was able to iterate faster and produce more effective ads.
Data-driven ad insights
Using a dedicated tool for ad research and analytics, we tracked competitor activity, analyzed high-performing creative, and monitored our own campaign performance to guide creative decisions.
Evolving the social content strategy
The team worked closely with the social media strategist to introduce new creative formats into the content mix. AI-generated UGC was one of several approaches explored to test authentic, social-native storytelling.
Systematic experimentation
By exploring different formats, color palettes, and emotional cues while staying anchored in the core brand system, we enabled continuous evaluation and improvement of campaign performance.
Motion framework
We created a modular motion framework that enabled the team to generate animated ad variations quickly.
Reframing AI as a business partner
As Zenoti introduced a new generation of AI assistants designed to support the day-to-day operations of wellness businesses, the company sought to clearly communicate this emerging concept to the market. To support this initiative, we developed a distinct sub-identity for the AI Workforce campaign, giving the concept a recognizable presence while remaining cohesive with the broader Zenoti brand.
Interactive Landing page
To introduce the concept to the market, we designed an interactive landing page that brings the AI Workforce to life.
A symbolic system
To represent the growing ecosystem of AI assistants, we developed a symbolic visual style that gives each role a clear and recognizable form. Designed to feel approachable, the visual language positions the assistants as supportive growth partners rather than cold technology
Organic content
Visuals and infographics for a variety of supporting content
Organic social

Event activations
As field marketing became a key driver of growth, we extended the new brand identity into event environments. From trade shows and partner activations to regional roundtables, we designed booth systems, presentation materials, and supporting assets that helped the team deliver a consistent and recognizable brand experience in person.
Technical production for a real-world environment
The work required careful coordination of layout, scale, materials, and technical specifications to ensure the brand translated seamlessly from design to real-world execution.
Recognition
The presence stood out on the show floor and received strong feedback from both attendees and the internal team, making the event one of Zenoti’s most successful appearances in recent years.
